“It was used by my great Grandad (George Spencer Butler) who was a railway Driver in Peterborough. He used to drive the Mallard Train (although the picture may be in a different train). Years later in Stockport, through meeting parents at my school, my dad became best friends with a man who turned out to be the grandson of my great grandad’s stoker on the trains…small world!”
