A People’s Guide to the River with Rommi Smith
A People’s Guide to the River
The project posits that just as rivers define boarders and boundaries of the places we live, rivers are metaphor for life and experiences; their ebbs and flows and changes in direction, mirror life.
These poems were scribed by Rommi Smith and are made from fragments of creative conversations had by people, in workshops she facilitated at various locations across Grassington. From workshops at Gils Top, to Threshfield Court, from Grassington Primary School, to open workshops at Grassington Festival in June 2014 & June 2015.
