Playing Games from 1910-1950
“The older games, “Radio” and “Sink the submarine” were given to my brother and I by my Aunt Liza who was in service in Liverpool in the early 20th century. As a girl she remembered attending Victoria’s Jubilee celebrations. She was named to Uncle David a tea merchant. The more modern items (Biggles) were owned by my brother and I. All items were very much used by ourselves, our friends and relations in North Wales. This was before computer games!”
